No. The e-Visa fee is the amount displayed in the system according to the application. The consultancy fee is the fee for the optional service provided by Mark Turizm. If there is an e-Visa fee, it should be shown separately from the consultancy fee.

The total payment may consist of the consultancy service fee, the e-Visa fee if applicable, payment processing commission and other related transaction costs. The user should be able to see which item they are paying for before payment.

Packages differ in terms of Mark Turizm’s own service scope, review level, response priority, tracking frequency and the level of detail of Türkiye travel planning support. The choice of package does not change the decision-making process of the relevant authorities.

No. Fast and Express packages relate only to Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, review scope, consultancy response time and delivery time for the prepared plan. They do not speed up the decision-making process of the relevant authorities and do not guarantee approval.

No. No consultancy package guarantees e-Visa approval, a result within a specific time or entry into Türkiye. The application result depends on the relevant system rules and the assessment of the relevant authorities.

Information check means reviewing whether there is any clear error or contradiction in fields such as name, surname, date of birth, passport number, nationality, travel document type, entry date and supporting document information. This check does not relieve the applicant of the responsibility to provide correct and complete information.

If a clear error or contradiction is seen, correction, confirmation or additional information may be requested from the applicant. However, the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information used in the application remain the applicant’s responsibility.

Yes. Receiving consultancy does not relieve the applicant of the responsibility to provide correct, current and complete information. Passport information, travel date, supporting documents and country-specific conditions should be checked carefully by the applicant.

Refund requests are evaluated by considering whether the service has started, the application stage, whether the e-Visa fee has been paid, payment processing costs and the provisions of the applicable service agreement.

Depending on the selected package, arrival day notes, transport recommendations, route priorities, restaurant, café, event, museum and daily planning recommendations may be shared to help the applicant prepare their Türkiye trip in a more organised way.
